Our commitment

FeelBetta is committed to ensuring that feelbetta.co.uk is accessible to as many people as possible, including those with visual, hearing, motor, or cognitive impairments. We believe that access to wellness information and support should not be a barrier.

This statement applies to content published on feelbetta.co.uk. It was prepared on 15 June 2026 and will be reviewed at least annually, or when significant changes are made to the site.

Conformance status

Partially conformant

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We are currently partially conformant, meaning some content does not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working to identify and address gaps.

FeelBetta has not yet undergone a formal independent accessibility audit. We intend to commission one following launch and will update this statement with the findings.

Technical information

FeelBetta relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:

  • HTML5
  • CSS
  • JavaScript

The site is tested on current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge, on both desktop and mobile. We test with keyboard-only navigation and with macOS VoiceOver.

Known issues

Quiz (Wellness Finder)

The multi-step quiz at /feelbetta-fitness-finder.html uses JavaScript to show and hide steps. We have added ARIA labels and keyboard navigation where possible, but some assistive technologies may not announce step transitions clearly. We are working to improve this.

Third-party content

Some features use third-party services including Google Maps, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar (Contentsquare). We cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces served by these providers. We minimise their use and only load analytics tools with your consent.

If you find any issue not listed here, please tell us using the contact details below.
