Why we have this page
FeelBetta is free to use. To keep it that way, some providers listed in your quiz results pay FeelBetta a fee when a user contacts them through the platform. This page explains exactly how that works.
We are required by the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) to be clear about commercial relationships that may influence what you see. This page meets that requirement. It does not replace the label you will see on featured results - it gives you the full picture behind it.
How FeelBetta makes money
When you complete the quiz and view your results, some providers are marked as Featured. These providers have a commercial arrangement with FeelBetta. Specifically, if you click "Get in touch" on a Featured provider card and submit your contact details, FeelBetta receives a fee from that provider for passing on your enquiry. This is called a cost-per-lead arrangement.
FeelBetta does not earn any fee if you simply view a Featured provider's profile without making contact. There is no obligation to contact any provider.
What Featured means
A Featured label means the provider has paid to be included in FeelBetta's recommendation results. It does not mean FeelBetta endorses that provider above others, or that they are more qualified, better rated, or more suitable for you than any other result.
Featured providers must confirm at the point of application that they hold relevant qualifications for the services they offer. FeelBetta does not independently verify this. You should satisfy yourself that any provider is appropriately qualified before booking a service with them.
Organic results
Alongside Featured providers, your results may also include organic listings. These are providers identified by an AI-powered search tool at the time your results are generated. FeelBetta has no commercial relationship with organic providers and receives no fee in connection with them.
Because organic results are AI-generated, FeelBetta cannot guarantee their accuracy. Provider details such as location, services, availability, and contact information may be out of date or incomplete. Always verify details directly with the provider before making contact.
How your contact details are used
When you click "Get in touch" on any provider card and submit the contact form, your name, email address, and phone number are passed directly to that provider by email. FeelBetta does not store this information. Once your enquiry has been sent, your contact details are in the hands of the provider and are subject to their own privacy policy.
FeelBetta is not responsible for how a provider handles your contact details once they have received your enquiry.
Our editorial independence
Commercial arrangements do not influence the quiz logic or the scoring that determines your recommendations. The quiz matches you to provider categories based on your answers. Featured providers appear within the categories the quiz has already identified as relevant to you. A Featured provider will never appear in a category that your quiz results have not surfaced.
